GFI sync problems with AD [message #151380]

GFI Archiver displays only 500 of users instead of 700 (Enabled users=500, Licensed users=700). When I select Account Users it displays all with their message numbers but when i search some of them in Archive Search Box, seems nothing. It's synchronized with AD. Thank you in advance for the advices.

I would recommend to open a support ticket with us. The issue with searching may be related to the status of the indexes. And this can only be checked through collecting information and troubleshooting.
