We also have the same problem since version 9.4.1 (6249) on Debian via HTTP proxy.

@diegom - Do you use a proxy or without proxy is the same?

The problem is not solved. Maybe a wrong url in UpdateChecker.cpp (Kerio 9.4.1 (6249)) or server/service is gone. This problem can only fixed by GFI.

If you take a closer look to mailserver.exe you find several URLs with .kerio.com . GFI switches/forward some of them to .gfi.com . Can this be a source of the problem?
If you try to access some of the .kerio.com URLs you get certificate warnings. Example: update.kerio.com
