Do you want to migrate a single mailbox, or a complete server?
If you want to migrate a complete server, than rsync is your best option (with the least downtime). See also https://www.aplawrence.com/Kerio/rsync_connect_transfer.html

Hello, using Kerio Migrator you can migrate from Kerio connect to another or multiple IMAP-supported email services. This is the best option for migrating Kerio mailboxes without loss of data.

If you are migrating from an old to to a new one and have defined a separate mail store location, then you can run real-time copies until the cutover time, when you would shut down the old Kerio (not the whole server, just Connect), then bring the new store location up-to-date. Move over your license file and the various config files to the new server directory. Make sure, if you have a serrate store location to update the mailserver.cfg file for that location. Start up the new Connect install.

Cheers,
Jon
