Hello,
when does gfi releases a new Update?
Missing new features but the most importet thing will be PHP Support higher then 7.3.
Some Hoster costs the usage of the lower PHP Version 7.3 extra money!

So when does comes a update?

The real software Kayako is already on version v4.94.x where GFI Helpdesk is on 4.93.20 still!
Pretty bad if you ask me. Especially considering the version 4.93.20 has some serious CVE issues.

i agree with you!
GFI bought the Kayako Ticket System - advertised it as a new product.
myself, hat postst some feature req. to partner portal - nothing happens.

need some features like automatic rules
or some data privacy functions like, new ticket or working on ticket. send customers credentials and after close the ticket forgett the Credentials in pass forms or some else.
nothing..

last release .... long time ago

And still no updates and/or response. Why are you still selling outdated stuff when no (security) updates are being delivered?

Same here! Big problems with the TinyMCE Editor -> fixed in latest Kayako Classic Update. Bump!
