Unable To Install GFI Application [message #151120]

Hello friends. Hopefully, you are all well. I am posting this for a need. Whenever I want to install "GFI" on my Windows 10 just computer, shows an "error opening file for writing" message. Is there anyone who can tell me the way to solve this problem? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

So, after searching on Google I found this solution yesterday. The issue is fixed after applying a process mentioned there. I just changed the security permission, now the issue is solved.
