A customer has requested whitelist or bypass rules for BitDefender scanning. It is known that BitDefender sometimes results in false positives that require the customers to reach out to Kerio Connect Support to get their emails whitelisted with the BitDefender Team. This exercise can be minimized by having an internal whitelist or rule center to bypass the BitDefender scanning engine.
