Hello,
When upgrading from Kerio Connect 8.5.3 to Kerio Connect 9.3.1p2 on a CentOS installation, the following messages shows up in Kerio Error Logfile. It is occurring on various folders e.g. Calendar, INBOX with multiple users.
Error Log:
FolderIndexTraitsImpl.cpp: Index error in folder ~mail<_at_>example.com/INBOX: Cannot parse mail message file 00001d92.eml
What does FolderIndexTraitsImpl.cpp: Index error in folder' mean? Is there any action required?
Debug Log:
[13/Jan/2022 22:37:46][3799] 5 messages in a folder ~mail<_at_>example.com/INBOX must be reindexed because length of MessageId or UID exceeds internal limit. These messages were found within 0.00 seconds.
[13/Jan/2022 22:37:46][3799] 5 messages in a folder ~mail<_at_>example.com/INBOX were successfully reindexed within 0.01 seconds.
- The Mail storage is stored locally
- No antirust application is running
- Logging in the Kerio Connect Webmail Client, messages show just fine.
Is this something to worry about or is this okay? What steps are required to fix these errors? It looks like KC automatically repairs and reindex those folders?
