Content Filtering Rules can only be configured for internal users or groups. Elmar Kraus of newel.me has requested that an option be available to exclude external senders for this rule. Moreover, the customer has suggested that they should be able to choose if content filtering should be applied to inbound emails after Anti-Spam checks. At the moment, content filtering checks are applied before Anti-Spam checks.
