Since we enabled the "anti-spoofing features, we begun to reject some messages received from other systems to one of our internal domains (we have more than one). We disabled the anti-spoofing but problem is still present. We have an SMTP server (kerio one) that only receives messages sent to one of our domains. We have a main domain "perfil.com" with an alias "perfil.com.ar". When We send mails from, for example, gmail, to one user to its main mailboxes, eg. xxxx@perfil.com the mail is received. When we send the same message to its alias mailbox xxxx@perfil.com.ar, it is rejected in the Kerio SMTP server resulting in "Relay attempt from ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ..... rejected". In the Gmail side we receive a 550 5.7.1 Relaying to <xxxx<_at_>perfil.com.ar> denied (authentication required. This problem begun when we tried to activate anti-spoofing and ot continues no matter we went back with this. We also noted that at the same time, in the Warning logs appeared:
- IM external process is not responding or is not running, trying to start it again...
- IM external process is not responding or is not running, closing all client sessions...
- XMPP server timeout .......
Those warnings are also new and we dont have IM nor XMPP enabled.

First of all, the IM and XMPP warnings are completely unrelated to your relaying problem. We have them as well, but does not cause any problems. So I would not loose any time on those.
Can you let me know which settings are enabled on:
Configuration > SMTP Server > Relay control > Allow relay only for
and
Configuration > Security > Sender Policy
