Anyone come across the following?
Upgraded from KC 9.3.1 to 9.3.1 patch 1 this morning. Upgrade went fine.
Since then, the outbound message queue keeps filling up with messages destined from mail accounts on Microsoft (xxx.pro.protection.outlook.com)
The message is "4.3.2 451 4.7.500 Server busy. Please try again later"
I got it working once by stop/starting KC and 5 minutes after it was back up, the queue started clearing after I tried resending a single email.

Any ideas, short downgrading to 9.3.1 again or stop/starting the mail server every hour?

We're on patch 1 and don't have that issue. I have learned that when outlook.com says "server busy, try again" sometimes it really means "we've blacklisted your server (because we can)". A quick Google search will yeaild the link to start the process to get off the list.

Thanks for the information Bud. I'll look and see if any IPs are blacklisted.
