Hello together,
I have the problem that the message queue in Kerio Connect is full. The error is due to the antivirus plugin.
If the plugin is deactivated, all mails go out, if they are active they get stuck in the dispatch.
The error occurs both in the offline remote and on the smartphone.
Does anyone here have an idea or a solution to the problem?

I have no fix, but can confirm this happens occasionally to us. Same recipe -- disable the AV and wait an hour or so, click 'update now' on the AV setting, then re-enable.
