Communications Server Not Running Error... [message #150341]

Communications Server Not Running Error. This error just started recently. I have no agents deployed and run manual scans only. The error keeps popping up. Firewall has approval for Languard App. Local firewall on patch server as well. Patching will not execute after copying patches to the systems, it Times Out. Do I have to do port forwarding for ports 1070/1071 to the patch server? I am at a loss. Could use a little help here. Thanks.
