Hi,

I have installed GFI FaxMaker x64 (build: 20201124) trial version for a potential client. However after setting up getting error message.

"error ","pop3","failed to Connect to server, err: [276] Server disconnected before handshake completion [0xffffffff]

I am attaching the log file generated.

Please help me in resolving the error so that we can test it for the client.

Hello,

What time of mail server are you using with Faxmaker? Could you try deselecting the option to use a secure connection and test?

There may be an issue with establishing a TLS connection. How can you use IIS to route messages to a mail server that requires TLS encryption?

For further troubleshooting I would recommend to open a support ticket with us.
