Starting a bit before 11 AM on 09/27 and continuing I've been seeing errors similar to the following in the error logs:

I'm seeing this issue on two different servers. I'd guess the issue is on Kerio's side of the spectrum.
I wondered if anyone else is also seeing similar issues.

Same problem here, the update server seems to be unavailable.
Beginning after last restart of Kerio Connect service:
[28/Sep/2021 01:01:05] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus Server error(0): Version info doesn't contain required location.
[28/Sep/2021 01:01:05] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus update failed: Version info doesn't contain required location.
[28/Sep/2021 01:03:35] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus plugin cannot be initialized: Unable to initialize plugin, error:
[28/Sep/2021 01:03:35] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus plugin failed to start: Unable to initialize plugin, error:
[28/Sep/2021 01:03:35] AntivirusModule.cpp: Restarting of plugin has failed, next try is planned after 300 seconds.
Since then, the antivirus module does not work, no mails were transmitted, I had to deactivate it.
(I have to say, since OS upgrade to Debian 10, I had problems with the bitdefender update after some update cycles. Kerio did not transport any mails. The only solution was, to stop kerio-connect, delete the folder /opt/kerio/mailserver/bitdefender/* and start kerio-connect again. So this is done every night.)
Be warned, do not delete the bitdefender definitions as long as the update servers are not available!

That's interesting that you're receiving antivirus updates fine. Both of my servers continue to bump into the issue.
Both are currently display errors along the lines of:
[28/Sep/2021 15:05:36] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus update failed: Cannot find update location: Failed to connect to bdupdate.kerio.com port 443: Connection refused. Download failed.
[28/Sep/2021 16:05:26] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus Server error(0): Cannot find update location: Failed to connect to bdupdate.kerio.com port 443: Connection refused. Download failed.
[28/Sep/2021 16:05:37] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus Server error(0): Cannot find update location: Failed to connect to bdupdate.kerio.com port 443: Connection refused. Download failed.
[28/Sep/2021 16:05:37] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus update failed: Cannot find update location: Failed to connect to bdupdate.kerio.com port 443: Connection refused. Download failed.

I opened a ticket with Kerio yesterday. This put eyes on the situation. As of 5:10 am eastern this morning the issue seems to have been resolved on Kerio's side of the spectrum.
