A user has noticed that when someone sends them a Zoom invite, it appears on their phone 10-15 minutes before it shows up on their laptop. Office 2016 local install, using latest Kerio Connect patch & outlook connector. Any ideas of what this might be?

Some additional information:
The invite is sent, and shows up in just a minute or two on the users' iPhone. It is NOT displayed in the user's inbox. After waiting a few minutes (15-20), the messages still does not show up in the inbox. If the user accepts the meeting on their phone, it DOES NOT appear in the user's Kerio calendar. However, the original invite suddenly show's up in the users' OutLook "Deleted Items" folder. The user can then drag it to the inbox, and accept it. The meeting then appears the user's calendar.

First thought is that some email client connected to the account is automatically adding the calendar invite to one of its calendars.

Some of our users (depending on phone manufacturer) sometimes bump into this issue. In their case, the incoming email invitation is correctly delivered, however the end user may not notice the email within their workstation's email client, as their phone has already automatically accepted the invitation on their behalf (typically accepted as tentative when accepted via convenience feature).

When you mention in cases where the user is manually accepting the invitation on their iPhone, but the event does not appear within their Kerio account's calendar, I suspect the event may be added to the iPhone's default calendar (which may not be the Kerio account calendar). The meeting invite would be moved into the account's deleted items folder once it's accepted.

Double check the calendar being used when the iPhone adds the event. If the iPhone is absolutely adding the event to the Kerio calendar, and it's not showing up within their Kerio account, I'd open a support ticket with Kerio.

I've noticed a similar problem with emails, not just calendar invites, for users of Outlook. We are using Kerio Connect 9.3.1 patch 1. Some users have reported than when using KOFF with Microsoft Outlook, it will appear to time out or go offline for some time. Meaning they will be getting email which they can view through webmail or their phone. But nothing comes into Outlook. Then all of a sudden a bunch of emails come in at once. Not sure if it is related.
