Please help me with the settings.
I want to make it so that
1) I want all emails containing encrypted archive to be marked as spam
2) all emails with deleted attachments should be marked as spam

AFAIK, the Kerio spam- and attachment filters don't have the option to detect encrypted archives and mark them as spam.

But you can reject messages with encrypted archives if you have antivirus enabled. In the antivirus settings there's the option 'If part of a message cannot be scanned (e.g. corrupted file)->Reject the message as if it was a virus'.
