I have a question about the behavior of the Kerio "out-of-office" autoresponder.
When I set up the autoresponder, this ooo-message will be sent only once to the sender.
I have seen in the knowledge-base that you can change this to the frequency you want
Change the line in WebmailAutoreply rule:
vacation :days 7 "";
into:
vacation :days 1 "";
The change makes the OOO reply to be sent once per day. To ensure that the reply is sent every time, set the value to 0, e.g., days 0. Adjusted to 2 will set them to every second day
but I have to made this for each mailbox.
Is there a way to change this generally for the complete mail-domain?
And, will this work also when I activate the ooo-message in the KOFF-AddIn ?
It is a demand from our management.
