We have 2 GFI Mailessentials installations on Exchange 2016 with latest CU (on the same servers). SPAM is being processed and logged but not moved to anywhere. The specific SPAM folder is still there but empty. Rules have been checked, the impersonation user also and password reset but SPAM is simply not reaching the indicated folder. I tried restarting services but nothing changed. It was working fine a few months ago and at some point it stopped moving emails to the indicated SPAM folder. This has happened on both Exchange installs probably after CU19 but I can't vouch for it. No emails are found in the FailedEmails folder.
Any heads up on this?

Thanks

I'd suggest checking the following settings Anti-Spam Global Actions.
