Kerio Anti Spam [message #149736]

We have an accounting system called Odoo from https://www.odoo.com/, while sending invoices to all our clients that have Kerio, it flags the emails as phishing and won't deliver unless we turn off Kerio Anti-spam filtering. Is there any way to get the server spam filtering rules to override the Kerio Anti-Spam?

We have DKIM, all SPF records working and correct for my email server. This issue only happens through my accounting server when sending to Kerio mail servers.

Any suggestions, please?

Hi Henry,

In the case of static IP addresses or internal systems, I'd suggest trying to Whitelist the sending IP address or otherwise Whitelist the accounting system (The service may have an IP range for SMTP traffic.)

You will want to go into Filter priority and make sure the Global Whitelist is above anti-phishing in priority

(Apologies as I had initially responded with steps for Kerio Connect. But the same logic applies for Mailessentials with the steps above.)
