Started a trial to check out the help desk, coming from Kayako.

Trying to do a Zendesk import from an export I got from Zendesk, after about 1 second of processing the files, I get the following error and the import fails.
If I can get it to work I plan on making it my new support solution, but without being able to import my past data, I have no reason to use it, obviously. The error is below.

I personally have never directly supported GFI HelpDesk. I did try to do a general search on prior tickets and our knowledge base for what you're reporting and couldn't find anything.

I recommend you create a ticket with our Support team concerning this.
