Upgrade to Kerio 9.3.1 - Outlook is not working on 1 PC [message #149469]

After upgrade to 9.3.1 I having trouble with one pc.
It is doing client update and told me, another installation is running.
Can not proceed.

I did uninstall. New install, reinstall, revo uninstall new install.
Same problem.

Now I run Office Online reparatur install.

Also not working.
