Hello,

we would like to be able to exclude specific email addresses from archiving. In Germany, for example, applicant information may only be stored for a limited time. Therefore we would like to exclude all e-mails to or from the address application<_at_>domain.com from archiving.

This is not possible in Kerio Connect.

I would suggest looking at GFI Archiver for your archiving needs. If you have GFI Unlimited you can simply install otherwise you can inquire to your reseller about it.

I know that it is actually not possible. Therefore I submitted it as feature request. Maybe it is possible to match before archiving against an exclusion list of receiver or sender addresses.
