Hi,
is it possible to add a function to create and Manage Private Credentials?
Link User opens new Ticket ..
Please Create a new mail Address...
ok no Problem .. but transfer the password maybe
A good option will be a Private Credentials Plugin where the Supporter add the Credentials and the Customer can Read and Safe ... maybe with double login
and if Ticket is resolved/closed
The system deletes the Private Credentials ... good for GDPR...
or when customer send ifnromation about Update Wordpress Site end sends the Private Credentials ...
