Hi,
GFI MailEssentials does a good job, but it can't be 100%. Sometimes genuine and important emails get blocked.
That's why we need to check the quarantaine on a regular basis.
However checking that quarantaine through 'Search folders' is a very time consuming job. The list is limited to 100 emails at a time and you can't sort on sender or subject.
Selecting another sort option would make it easier to check the list.
If the interface can't be altered, would it be an idea to give the possibility to export the whole list of spam so it can be checked in another program (eg Excel)?
Or is there a possibility to work on the database directly?
Regards,
Luc

No, I haven't. How does it work?
Does it mean the users will receive all mails in their mailbox?
For now, we've disabled the phishing filter and added a few additional reference sites to the IP DNS Blocklist and URI DNS Blocklist as suggested by GFI TechSupport.
