I'm running the KC client on macOS 10.15.7 and found the cache for it at:
/Users/useraccount/Library/Application Support/Kerio Connect/
I quit the app, moved everything out of the Cache folder there & when I restarted the KC client I am now getting emails delivered into the Inbox automatically again

How to refresh the Cache in the Kerio Connect Client?

Client doesn't have a cache, and does not pull the patched files from the server, no matter level 1 support says.
2 weeks is plenty of time to release a patched Client installer, the server doesn't have to be updated for this.
For LetEncrypt, I use it on an nginx reverse proxy in front of kerio so that auto renewal actually works in an automated way. All Kerio needs to do is have to support serving files from a ".well-known" folder. I really don't understand why they won't.

The untrusted certificate issue is still there in 9.3.0p1.
For now, the workaround is to run this command from the shell
mv /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.trust.crt /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.trust.crt.bak
We have found a solution and a new version will be coming out soon with a permanent fix.
