Hi,

When edit the status translations of tickets
(Example: Admin CP >> Tickets >> Statuses >> In progress >> Languages Translations >> enter a new value for a language, it gives this error:

This could be the case of MySQL strict mode not disabled. Please refer to
https://manuals.gfi.com/en/helpdesk/admin/content/faqs/155.d isabling-mysql-strict-mode-on-the-server.htm

i had similar problems.

with Images and replys and problems in the UI.

I checked the http Serverlogs and found many 403 entrys.
So i changed the following.

the Folders __swift and __apps
Set to Chmod 777 with all Subfolders
and all files within this folders to 755

and now works perfect... Smile
maybe it helps.
