Yesterday night, having had troubles for a while I stopped the wifi at 11pm and did not feel the usual pain in both legs around three-four in the morning. The Kerio is close although in another room; but just at bed level where previously it was about the same distance but on the ground. I realized the time ranges are used for rules but it would be great if they would be used for wifi interfaces start and stop as well.
