GFI Archiver v14 - Mailinsights not all active [message #148421]

Hi,

some of my Mailinsights are inactive!
It has a grey background an i can not click it...

Is there a solution?

I use Archiver v14.2 and MS SQL Express

Can you also check your permissions and the Roles and Permissions. Make sure you have the correct access.

Some reports are only available to the manager but not system wide unless you have the correct permissions set.

thank you - i have the Role Administrator but the check for all Mailinsights was not set!
