I know that once again i wont get any answers but I have to try.
Can someone from GFI give us a roadmap for Kerio?
I mean whats the plan here? Can we get some answer pls?
GFI thinks that its a perfect product with no room for improvement?
Whats the plan to solve the OBVIOUS problem with Outlook searches?
Is the webmail gonna get any visual update?ITs been YEARS since anything changed in that section
I can write literally 50 things here but since I wont get any answers I ll keep it simple.

Completely Agree, WAY TOO LONG OVERDUE. Dan Beer stated he was going to get customer satisfaction restored with Kerio, he made one post in the Forum and then that was the end of that.
Customer Service is at an All Time Low withe Kerio. No Tech Support, takes forever to hear anything back.
As an idea and (what I would be doing) Send out a Customer Monthly News Letter to all Customers (using Kerio not O365) would be helpful as well, stating whats Going On, requesting feedback Survey Monkey for Polls. This was a great product Time to Make Kerio Connect Great Again (but don't call the whitehouse for advice)
Kerio Resellers and Aurea might find they increase business and have better customer retention.
I talked with Ian and someone from Aurea about a month ago but never heard back on. Seems like Aurea is simply not managed well at all and no direction for the future.

Hi Kerio Team,
for long time we are experiencing delays working with Outlook, not only in serching, where the delays are really huge (sometimes it hungs), but also in dipslaying a selected message and replying / forwarding.
I guess that this is because over the years mailboxes have become large and contain tens of thousands of messages.
Also active sync on mobile devices is not working smoothly lately and in many cases new messages are not being received for large nailboxes (need to terminate the mail client and restart again and again).
We are at a point to decide whether we should move to MS Exchange, although our size does not justify such a decision, however we cannot continue operating with the current Kerio Connect product.
So, there is a simple and clear question to Kerio team: should we expect soon a major update for Kerio Connect, that will offer a really improved user experience ?

Just announced:
- 2FA for admin and mailusers
- LetsEncrypt integration
Along with the speedy new database for the message store that was announced a couple years ago?

I was on a similar webinar today and the word was public beta this week. I don't recall seeing anything regarding Let's Encrypt support, but I was interrupted a couple of times, so could have missed it.
Cheers,
Jon

New email database storage. This is by far the most needed thing imo .
I have migrated most of my clients except 2 that will migrate when their renewal ends in 6 months.
I m extremely disappointed by GFI and their actions caused me problems with my clients since I was trying my best to sell their software for a very long time.
No 2FA support
No Letsencypt support
No new webmail mobile friendly
NO NEW EMAIL STORAGE DATABASE
No new features to sell to the customers to justify the new pricing
And NO.Adding TLS is NOT enough.Far from it.TLS is less than the bare minimum
Only HUGE price increase. And the worst thing is that since all clients need activesync GFI forces you to shut up and pay.

I was also on the webinar today, and my question about a roadmap was kindly ignored.
In the meantime, is there a roadmap for Kerio Connect, what will be implemented in the foreseeable future?
Since GFI took over the Kerio products, there have been no relevant innovations apart from technical changes
for operating systems, clients and the TLS protocol. With the few updates there was a much higher error rate
with many subsequent patches, certainly also due to the lack of successfully implemented beta tests (some
communicated in the forum, others in the insider area).
In addition, many customer requests have been on the waiting list for years (e.g. renaming users) and customers
are becoming more dissatisfied. Better integration between existing GFI products (e.g. Archiver and FaxMaker)
and Kerio Connect is also still a long time coming.
We are specialists for migrations from AVM KEN! 4 and David from Tobit.Software to Kerio Connect.

I don't think there will ever be a major change to the Software. Look at the other products GFI has bought. Nothing really happens. Everything is kept alive, at a minimal cost. Maybe they share the same developer across all products. The only thing that changes is the price and lizence model. Only going up of course.
I bought Kerio Connect just before it was bought from GFI. So i had still hopes that something happens. Now i have 500 users and can't change it in a short time and needs good planing. But i'm always looking for good alternatives (O365/Exchange is no option for me).
We only get fixes. Which at least is something...
