Scan Saved to XML only less than half the numbers of systems actually scanned. [message #148127]

Scan Saved to XML only less than half the numbers of systems actually scanned. Why is the XML scan half the size of the scan file when loaded from database? Why didnt the XML save the entire scan even though it was saved 3 separate times though console? Why does this program have so many holes in it?
