Zvelo issues? [message #148025]

We're suddenly seeing our Kerio's having issues with Zvelo, saying things like this in the WARNING logs:

[28/Apr/2020 09:21:22] Unable to categorize 'login.live.com/' by Kerio Control Web Filter. DNS response 'FAILURE: Invalid authorization' to query
'0.login.live.com.7abc.ko-135792.v3.url.zvelo.com' is invalid.

The last time this happened it seemed like a Kerio/Zvelo issue. Stopping/starting Kerio Contol Web Filter doesn't have any effect.

Anybody else seeing this?

this is urgent, all our customers are affected and Website loading times are doubled or tripled. Up to 30s with many elements.

We have checked thses claims. We do not see any issues.

What DNS service are you using? We have observed that Google DNS is typically slow and drastically makes the browsing experience slower.

If opting for a free DNS service we suggest CloudFlare 1.1.1.1
