I know that I can upgrade my Connect server from the web management portal, but for peace of mind I'd really like to also have the full installer. That will satisfy questions from some of our auditors regarding backup & recover, and also makes me more comfortable know that if I have to go from scratch I can.

Is there a way to just download the full installer without going through all the Q&A of doing a '30 day trial', and the subsequent marketing calls that will come?

Further to BlackBox reply you will also need your config file so make sure you have a backup.

You will also need your licence file and your reseller can provide this
