Hi GFI,
several customers want to have a feature in GFI Faxmaker to delete undeliverable faxes.
For example there is no DTMF / DID for an incoming fax the fax should NOT be delivered to the fax administrator AND also NOT to the Default Router but deleted and the caller should get a busy tone back.
The same when anybody calls a phonenumber which is not configured at CUCM that the caller will get an error message / busy tone
Can you please implement this feature in further version of GFI faxmaker.

Hi Ian,
yes we configured any user as default router which is not the fax administrator.
But the customer wants to have that incoming faxes which did not match to any configured DID should be rejected so that the fax was "unsuccessfull" for the sender.
At the moment the GFI accept all incoming faxes no matter if a DID is configured or not and for all the senders the fax was "successfull" even when there is NO DID configured.
This is a massive problem for the customer.
The customer wants to have the feature (the same as in Cisco CUCM) that all incoming faxes for which there is NO DID configured should be rejected.
