Hello,

We are experiencing an error. The end-user is using Outlook 2019 and attempting to send fax via email. We upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and now experience the problem. When the .docx item is attached and the email is sent, we receive this error: • Error: Attachment conversion failed : 1701.

Hope someone can assist.

What version of Microsoft Outlook is installed on the server where FM is installed?
