Antivirus Update fails after upgrading to 9.3.2 build 3557 [message #147147]

We upgraded the our Installation to the current Build (from 9.3.1), since this day the AV-Update fails.
Is there a way to manually update the signatures?

Can you check the log to see what error is happening for the AV update to fail?

There are no reports of this issue and AV updates work fine on 9.3.2 so it can be an enviroment issue or temporary issue with DNS etc.

Can you send us more logs, please?

Ideally, Debug logs with Antivirus messages enabled when antivirus update is clicked.

In Logs view select the debug log.
In the debug log view right click
select messages
select under Filtering - Antivirus plugin

Then go and click on update AV and you should see more output in the Debug log view relating to this action.

Thanks for the hint, Disk was nearly full (570 MB left).
Maybe this can also be shown in the Dashboard.

To avoid the in the future is there a way to tell Kerio to extend the Partition? We are using Kerio in a VM.
