Unable to join the remote pc VPN kelio [message #147142]

Hello,
I have a problem with the VPN kelio control because from the remote PC named PC1 (existance of VPN) I manage to ping my file server named SRVFiles1; but since SRVFiles1 I can not ping the PC1.
The PC1 ip provided by the VPN server is 172.26.188.10 and my file server is 192.169.12.20
What I do not understand is for the ping only goes in one direction?
