VPN control client have slow access to shared folders in file explorer [message #147139]

Hi,

One of our employees is having speed issue when it comes to display content of a shared folder in file explorer over our VPN.

So far its the only employee having this latency. The Internet connection on the client's side is very good. (100-150 Mbps)

We are using the Kerio Control Box NG300 with latest Kerio control version 9.3.2.
The laptop in this case is on Windows 10 64bits.

Any idea of what might cause this issue?
