I'm using the Languard console to upgrade Java 8.221 to Java 8.321. When I do the new version is installed but the previous version is still listed in Programs and Features. The only thing I know to do is to manually uninstall the old version of Java. There are 118 computers that need the upgrade and I bought LanGuard so I wouldn't have to do this manually. Does anyone have a solution to this? I've opened a ticket but haven't heard from them yet. Thanks.

Thanks for reporting this. Java 8 tends to install side by side. We will issue an update to fix this.

Thanks for your response. Do you know when this update will be available? If it's going to be a while I need to make other plans to get Java upgraded properly.

The release is scheduled for the next update IE This Wednesday.

Hi today's update has not yet rolled out. Should be out around 20:00 or 21:00 UTC.

To update GFI LanGuard all you need to do is go to Configuration...Program Update and click on the update button bottom right.
