Improve HTML Sanitizer filter options
- to be able to skip signed emails processing with HTML Body, for example checkbox do not process Signed emails with HTML body 
- becase it is known Issue that the HTML Sanitizer filter corupt the digital signature on mail with HTML body.
- With Plaint text body is everything OK
- Unsigned email should be normaly processed.
We have to torn the filter Off now, because of huge number of signet emails.
