Hello,

As my title says, I'm trying to increase the current size limit on incoming emails but without any success.
I'm relatively new on Kerio systems but after some research and the full exploration of the admin panel, I haven't been able to increase it

Thanks in advance for your help

Thank you for your answer but isn't this parameter for users who are sending emails through my server ?
What I need is to up the limit for the messages that my users are receiving

NB: This parameter is at 100MB at the moment and messages with a 10mb attached file cannot be received on my users' mailboxes

Check the domain settings under 'messages' tab. Also check the individual's account settings, and access policy settings.
