Same here. Updated from an older version to KOFF 9.2.4692, but it's still crashing.
Might be caused by the latest Office update on 08/26 to version 1908 (Build 11929.20254).
docs.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/monthly-channel-2019# version-1908-august-26 (can't post links).

I managed to fix it for me by uninstalling KOFF - running an Office online repair (quick repair failed) - reinstalling KOFF.

Guess got lucky with one a few this AM as Run as Administrator took care of issue. Working on others that Outlook cranks and then disappears... yikes--so uninstalling KOFF and running full office repairs on those now, what a pain.
Users did confirm that they let MS updates run last night.

old versions of KOFF will not work with new versions of Outlook. The latest version 9.2.10 should be compatible with all versions.

1. Remove Outlook profile by going to control panel and do search for Mail
2. Show profiles, select and Remove
3. Uninstall Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) and reboot
4. Install Kerio Outlook Connector
5. Add Outlook profile by going to control panel and do search for Mail and setup server and email
This usually does the trick. Other times its nothing more than just right clicking Outlook icon and run as Administrator... if this does not work follow steps above. Home this helps.

Do not install these windows updates. If you have uninstall them.

Microsoft patch KB4524147
Microsoft patch KB4524148

They will break your outlook. If your outlook is broke I have found this to be the fix.

Remove Kerio outlook connector -> uninstall the Microsoft patch -> delete the profile -> restart the computer then install the Kerio connector and setup profile again.
