Hi. I have Kerio Control 9.2.4. Kerio Has one phisical internel link ( LAN-interface connected to Optim modem). I've created PPTP-interface to some VPN server. Then i've connected to this VPN server. In Kerio i set internet connection - "Multiple Internet Links - load balancing". I've created a rule for some users to get internet through PPTP-interface.
Problem: when i turn this rule on, internet through PPTP-interface flows ( ping, tracert) but very-very slow -> noone site opens "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" in browsers.
What may be cause of the problem.
Here are my Kerio rules.https://cloud.mail.ru/public/4zgB/5ayRttoCZ
Rule for internet through PPTP-inerface - file 2_traffic_rules_1 - second from the top.

This is not a problem with your web-browser, but usually it means that there are problems at the client side, such as internet connection issues or an issue with the server where your WordPress site is hosted. This error means that your web-server request take too much time and so your internet browser timed-out the current connection. When a request is sent to the web-server , and it does not respond within 30 seconds, then the browser terminates the communication attempt. Another reason could be the firewall preventing Google Chrome to load the webpage. Also in those cases, you received the error and it says This site can't be reached. Rebooting your modem or router generally solves this issue and then you can connect to the website. Try the following simple solutions in the order in which they are listed.

Clear Browser Cache
Check your Security programs
Restart your router
Disable Proxy Settings

Moreover, to ensure that the web service is running normally, if it is running normally, check whether the 80 port rule exists, and if the server operator has a security group policy, you also need to add the release 80 port.

I had the same issue, and I rebooted modem like 4 to 5 time, the lineman said I have broken it and he prohibited me of doing so

I am facing same issue from 3-5 days even I am using TM speed tests (https://tmspeedtests.com/). Maybe internal wire is broken but still, I am looking for expert answers here!
