hello people,i have problem with branches ,i have kerio control with ip 10.255.120.110 and users with ip 10.255.120... 10.255.110.... are going well ,they have internet and everything is ok,but branches other subnets cant get to internet then they use kerio .if anyone know whats my problem please help me.

l don't know whether your two computers connected via a router, if so, your branch computer elsewhere can be connected to the Internet, then your router port has a problem, although it can display the local connection, the router port problems are both hard and soft reasons: 1. The software setup problem, reset the router initialization Settings, to add account information and so on, then restart your computer and try the router power.2. Router hardware failure, replacement test.In addition, local connection of branch computers should be set to free access mode. If set to fixed IP address, it should meet the requirements of router gateway.
