Disclaimer test is ignored when sending internal emails.
is there a way to make it appear in internal messages?

Disclaimers are designed to be only used on external messages.

Is this still valid for 2021 or maybe in 2 years GFI has learned something and makes disclaimers possible for internal messages?! Laughing

This is still the case in 2021. I'm not aware of any planned changes to add this to the internal messages.

I'd recommend submitting a request in our Product Feedback area. This will then get added to our list of feature request list for MailEssentials. Our KBA on Submitting a Feature Request on the GFI Feedback Community Portal covers where to officially do this in our forums.
