Management wants to deploy viber on our proxy network.

Viber uses both TCP and UDP on ports 5242, 4244, 5243, 7985, 80, 443.

How do you open this ports?
Is it by adding a service and defining the ports (source: any, destination: list ports 5242, 4244, 5243, 7985, 80, 443)?

I also added on traffic rules as seen on the attachement.
/index.php?t=getfile&id=4968&private=0

But still doesn't work.
How to set this up?
Noob here.

You don't need incoming rule. Outgoing is all that is needed.

Double check your ports, I see some mention of udp 9785 also but not sure since I don't use viber. Best way to get this working is to create a rule for a single host like your phone and log that traffic.

Create a rule allow all > source your phone > logging enabled and use viber, then check the ports that are actually being used in kerio filter log. That will confirm the ports actually being used. Then you can fix your udp ports accordingly.

Hope that helps
