Mail stuck in outbox after last office update (new icons) [message #145779]

Hello everybody.
I've an issue with Outlook (KOFF) and (i think) last Office update (new icons set).
When appears new icons some PC's have error when sending email (stuck in outbox). If I uninstall Office then reinstall problem disappers but after some days (when office update) returns.
I've last versione of Kerio Connect 9.2.9 patch 1 and relative KOFF updated.
This problem appears randomly (at this moment not all pc with upgrade have this problem)

Any ideas?

That's due to a change in Outlook security policy:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/4498413/how-to-enab le-mapi-to-load-unregistered-provider-dlls

You have to manually configure the KOFF DLL as trusted:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\O utlook\Security\TrustedProviders]
"KOFXP.DLL"=""

The only way we've found to permanently avoid this problem is to remove the users mail profile, uninstall the kerio connector, reboot, re-install the connector, then recreate the user's profile. As you say, only on some machines, so not sure what is at the root of it.
