we have several clients experiencing the following issue:
When we create a meeting and someone accepts the meeting and sends a reply (with or without comments) with Outlook 2016 for Mac we get an error: "An unknown error has occurred in Outlook"
the reply gets send though, but the message stays in the Outlook "outbox"
after clicking on send & receive we get an error "your response to the meeting "test" at 24/04/2019 could not be sent"
then the message dissapears we are experiencing this error on Kerio Connect 9.2.9 and also 9.2.9 Patch 1

Same here, [26/Apr/2019 12:58:19] EwsOperation.cpp: EWS: internal server error occurred; code 214, description: Invalid item UID
Reply to invitation seems to be received by the host of the event, but stays in the Outbox in Outlook, so the invitee is unaware that the mail is send

Same error as stated by others previously on this Thread. Every Mac OS Client since Kerio Connect Update 9.2.9 Patch 1.
Kerio Connect Error: "EwsOperation.cpp: EWS: internal server error occurred; code 214, description: Invalid item UID".
Outlook 2016 Mac Error: "An unknown error has occurred in Outlook"
Frustrating to have all the appointment replies stuck in our Outboxes.
Kerio Version: Kerio Connect 9.2.9 Patch 1
Outlook Version: Outlook 2016 Mac (Up-to-date)
OS Version: Mac OS Mojave 10.14.4
Getting an official reply would be appreciated.

I contacted them last night on May 8, when I found out this was happening. I installed 9.2.9p1 on Sunday and am kind of surprised it took that long for someone to mention it.
To GFI's credit, they replied within minutes to my ticket at about 8:30pm EDT. I was also told the update was likely coming "tomorrow." We'll see if the credit holds.
I suppose tomorrow is always tomorrow, so I suppose there's some truth in what they're telling people.
Crossing my fingers tomorrow will become "today" within the next couple hours.

We have a few hundred of users with different customers and we are looking to migrate them to another vendor
as this is unacceptable and seems to be a never-ending story with GFI.
Kerio is not the same it used to be, so we are forced to move to different product.
This kind of problems happen in the past a few times since GFI took over.
Even worse - GFI is not listening to the user or resellers in the field and is not taking seriously care of their issues.

Dear all,
despite of the difficult issues of the last months - good news today with the new beta release - the active sync processing works properly now in our installations - the calendar and all other Email sub folders are in sync now.
So, from now I expect from GFI not only error debuggung but more new functions around Email, Calendar, Task planning, Communication tools etc. like MS is doing with Off365.
