I setup a few queues on my Kerio Operator (appliance in the cloud), I've put two/three extensions in each one: a few real devices, the other kerio phone windows clients. When I answer a call from the queue on a real device, I can transfer that call to another extension without problem. When I answer a call on a windows client and I try to transfer the call nothing happens, I can't transfer the call, it seems to ignore the command/button. I'm using the latest kerio phone 2.6.4 on Windows 7, 8 and 10. Same problem on all windows version and on different pc.
Any suggestion?
