Hi all
Over the last couple of months, there have been some issues in MyKerio, affecting the availability of the service but more crucially files downloaded from the remote appliances (captcha images/log files) failed to download. These issues were all infrastructure related. Last Saturday 6th April 2019 MyKerio was migrated to a newer infrastructure type on Amazon AWS and all of these issues have now been resolved.
We hope that you see these improvements in the coming weeks.
