I have installed 9.2.9 on three productive systems.
The webmail users complain about the missing external images and the autocompletion, in which the old contact entries are no longer usable.
I hope Kerio will release a patch 1 for this version soon, because we have more than 100 webmail users.

Hello Ian,
here my topic from a different forum entry.
After the update from 9.2.8 p1 to 9.2.9 the auto-completion contacts are no longer available for all webmail users. The the stored entries are all still in '__wm__autoCompleteContacts', but they are no longer used. 'Reindex Mailbox' also brings no solution. New address entries are proposed again, but the old ones do not.
Is there a workaround to get the auto-completion address entries again?
regards
Andreas

Thanks! It is working. Such an important change of the software should be made public!
Can you tell me, why mails which are marked as spam and placed in the spam folder, always show their embedded images?
Cheers Tom

Thanks for the info Ian - good to know. Not sure if it is possible, but maybe they can add a "load images" preference or button, like some mail browsers do.
On another point, one thing we have always had a problem with since we started using Kerio Connect several years ago, is that Calendar invitations sent to Apple Calendar users are never Pushed, even if in Apple Mail the account is set to Push the CalDAV data in preferences. We have to set it to look up every few minutes, so new calendar invitations show up in the users calendar. It doesn't happen on the iPhone calendar nor our Outlook Mac users, it just seems to be a Kerio to Apple Calendar problem - not sure if others have this problem too or if it can be fixed??
Thanks again for the forum updates Ian, they are much appreciated.

nibs wrote on Mon, 08 April 2019 12:51I have stopped the mailserver, made the change to the mailserver.cfg file as per your post and started the mailserver.
I am still not seeing any images in webmail
I have re-applied the workaround this morning and I can now see images in webmail once again - I think the quotation marks got mangled in the copy/paste between my Mac & PC initially.
I still feel that this "feature" should be clearly communicated and the mailserver.cfg edit should be added to the knowledgebase (I was unable to find it there just now), to allow admins the choice to display images in webmail or not.

we are are having Problems with Calendar sync in Outlook with Activesync after updating to 9.2.9.
In some Outlook installations new Calendar entries are not synced to Outlook (which was working fine before the update to 9.2.9).
Anyone else having these problems?
BR
Sebastian
